I only got the book because my best friend Rebecca was constantly bugging me about it. i didn't even set out to buy one, I just saw it on the shelve of Waterstones. It was on special offer aswell, so I thought i might as well. i realise now how much I love it! I got the movie cover, and even though it was really good and such a nice cover, I thought I fancied getting a different cover. I leant it out to my 'friend', who's name I shall not mention, but just under curcumstances, lets call her Clove,( You will realise why ). When I got the book back, the pages were crumpled, from page 250, the pages were stiff because of water spilt on it, the cover was bent, and all the front was chipping away! I had only read it once and I got it a week before! I was so annoyed at 'Clove'! I was on the verge of making her buy me a new one but I know iI would never had got it back! I then read it again in one night, as I hadn't been sleeping well, and within a few hours, I had finished the book! Then to my other friend, whom I would trust with my life, had said she had never read or seen the Hunger Games, so I leant her the book. Today it is the 20th of April and I gave it to her nearly 2 weeks ago. I know she has not damaged it in anyway, but she is brining it to my drama to which she also goes to, on Sunday. So, In reality, I have addmitted to a serious Hunger Games obbsession, yet I have only read the first book Twice! I have also addmitted to an obbsession to Harry Potter, but that has been since I was able to talk! I'm sure my first words where Spells! I know you will probably get loads of people saying things like, 'OMG HUNGER GAMES IS MY LIFE!!' and to be perfectly honest, I am screaming that in my head right now, and I respect that you are doing this competition in the first place. Thank you! Together, Rebecca (remember, my best mate who got me into Hunger Games) and I have converted our other best frinds, Sarah and Katie, into an obbsession equal to mine! So basically, I have Rebecca to thank there! I have spun my obbsession into many paths. I have posters, tribute guides, movie books, and, I have ordered the Mockingjay pin from Amazon, but that hasn't come yet. I have written a fanfiction or two about them! I am rather sad when it comes to this, and people call me that everyday at school, because i dont wear tight skirts and coat my face in makeup. I have a long plait down my back and I always have a book in either my bag, or just to carry it about with me! But there are far worse games to play... Anyway, I am very suprised you have read this far! I realise I can be quite boring, so thank you for that!
